Calendar setup
- Export the apartment’s calendar from Airbnb and Booking.com, and configure those two private URLs on the server.
- Import Airbnb’s native export into Booking.com, and Booking.com’s native export into Airbnb. Also import each matching site feed below into that channel. These site feeds contain confirmed direct stays and manual blocks.
- Run “Sync now”, then check both channel dashboards. Keep feed links private: anyone with a link can see blocked dates. The combined feed is for your personal calendar; never import it into either booking channel.
Server configuration details
Set AIRBNB_ICAL_URL, BOOKING_ICAL_URL and the owner access token in the server environment. Follow the deployment instructions in Calendar sync guide.
